The meeting was opened at 12 noon present were John Barrett, Tubby Boucher, Ray Boyes, Roger Ropoza and Pam Haman.
Bills: Final two electric bills for the month were received and approved.
Deed and Correspondence none.

Memorial Day preparations are under way. Flags were put on poles by a third party week early. Several phone calls have been received regarding the flags, route and flags that have come down due to weather.
Roger has full crew working on getting the Cemeteries, parks and other grounds ready for Memorial Day.
Purchase of new mower: A new mower is needed to replace one that is too costly to repair. Roger stated that Frost arm Service will take the old mower in trade. John Barrett made a motion to purchase a new mower from Frost Farm Service.” Ray second all were in favor motion carried. Funds for mower will come out of various department accounts.
Roof Quotes; Roger has received 2 quote for replacing the roof on the cemetery barn and 2 no responses. John made a motion to accept the bid from DMK Construction Tubby second all were in favor motion carried.
Letter for salvage equipment was signed.
Agenda Items for next month: Re organization of board.
